Sebastian Agace founded Alma de Ace in 2014 and has spent the
past decade building the brand end to end, from product design and
brand identity to website, retail, and operations. Alma de Ace has
grown a global footprint through collaborations including Coca-Cola and New York coffee bars, and is stocked across the UK, USA, and EU through partners including ASOS and Urban Outfitters.

Along the way, Sebastian built a trusted network of top tier factories
and creative partners, plus a clear understanding of what makes
product feel premium, intentional, and true to a brand’s DNA.

De Sulio was the natural next step. After seeing how many
hospitality brands lacked well designed, well made apparel and
merchandise, Sebastian set out to bring fashion led discipline into
the space. De Sulio helps venues build merchandise and retail
experiences that feel native to their world, strengthening brand
identity and unlocking a new level of long term value.
